Dr. Didier Demesmin is a board-certified interventional pain medicine physician specializing in anesthesiology and minimally invasive pain management. As founder and medical director of New York Pain Medicine Associates, he provides advanced pain care throughout New York and New Jersey.

He earned his medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and completed his anesthesia residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center, followed by fellowship training in interventional pain medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons – Saint Luke’s Roosevelt in New York City.

Dr. Demesmin has lectured internationally on advanced spine and pain procedures and serves on the Advisory Board of the World Institute of Regenerative Medicine (WIRM). His expertise includes treating back and neck pain, sciatica, herniated discs, neuropathy, migraines, and arthritis using advanced minimally invasive treatments such as epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulators, and microendoscopic discectomy.

Brendan O'Donovan, DO

Interventional Pain Management

Dr. Brendan O’Donovan is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician who is double board-certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine. He specializes in minimally invasive treatments for conditions affecting the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, as well as peripheral joints and nerves.

Dr. O’Donovan completed his undergraduate studies at the University at Buffalo and earned his medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed both his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Medicine fellowship at the University of Massachusetts – Baystate Health, where he excelled clinically and academically, scoring in the top 10% nationally on his Anesthesiology board exam.

He treats a wide range of conditions including neck and back pain, sciatica, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, failed back surgery syndrome, headaches, arthritis, compression fractures, and complex regional pain syndrome. Dr. O’Donovan is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Society of Pain and Neuroscience, the North American Neuromodulation Society, and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.

Mark Dedvukaj, MD

Dr. Mark Dedvukaj is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in physical medicine, rehabilitation, and interventional pain management. With advanced fellowship training in pain medicine at SUNY Upstate Medical University, he provides compassionate, evidence-based care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving quality of life.

His expertise includes minimally invasive treatments such as spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion stimulation, MILD® lumbar decompression, advanced facet interventions, and Botox therapy for migraines. Dr. Dedvukaj develops personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and long-term recovery goals.

Dr. Dedvukaj has delivered academic lectures on complex pain conditions, musculoskeletal anatomy, and interventional techniques, and has presented research at national pain medicine conferences. He remains active in both professional and community organizations, serving on the Graduate Medical Education Committee at SUNY Upstate, participating in the Albanian American Medical Society, and volunteering with Special Olympics New York.

Joseph Weinstein, DO

Orthopedic Spine Surgery

Dr. Weinstein provides advanced orthopedic and spine care in New York, treating conditions from patellofemoral pain syndrome to herniated discs. His expertise includes knee and shoulder arthroscopy, total joint replacement, musculoskeletal trauma, minimally invasive spine surgery, athletic spine injuries, motion-preserving procedures, and spinal deformity correction.

He earned his medical degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his orthopedic residency with the North Shore/LIJ Health System, serving as academic chief resident. Dr. Weinstein later completed advanced spine and scoliosis fellowship training at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City.

Dr. Weinstein has presented orthopedic trauma and spine research at regional, national, and international conferences, with his work incorporated into surgical practices by orthopedic specialists nationwide. He has also published articles in leading journals including the American Journal of Orthopedics and the Journal of Bone & Joint Surgery.

Board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery (AOBOS), Dr. Weinstein is an active member of organizations including the AOA, North American Spine Society (NASS), AO Spine North America, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the HSS Spine Fellowship Alumni Association.
